Freedom Financial Network is looking for our next superstar Corporate Trainer!

What you’ll be doing:
As a Corporate Trainer for Freedom Financial Network, you have an important role. You are responsible for the onboarding and training of our new hires and helping them ramp up to success!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Creating, facilitating, and conducting department-specific training
- Creating and conducting general corporate-wide training programs
- Fostering a positive, practical and effective onboarding process for new hires
- Collaborating with the QA Team to ensure training is up-to-date
Measuring your success:
- At your 90 day mark you will have observed, learned, and taken over the new hire training for your assigned department(s).
- After six months you will have further developed and enhanced new hire training content and processes. You’ll begin development of other corporate-wide training initiatives.
- After your first year? You’ll be confident and comfortable with the current training content. You’ll continue to develop corporate-wide training initiatives and start cross-training into other areas of the company in order to improve cross-departmental awareness throughout the training curriculum.

- 3+ years of training experience (corporate or school classroom setting)
- Experience developing and writing training materials
- Strong leadership skills
- Customer service-based philosophy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective and engaging presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (education degree preferred)
