He hasn't been good for a couple of years now. The scheme they used under Marinelli hid some of his mobility issues but since they changed coaches he's just been poor. Hasn't been starting and you can't pay that much money to a rotational guy.

First, this isn't about me, it's about Gruden. 2nd, and more importantly, it's not what he said to his friends in private. It's what he expressed in written communication and that communication was housed on a company server (WFT). If he had only sent 1 email, with 1 comment 10 years ago that would be 1 thing, but he has shown a pattern over several years. Your reply, too, shows that you do care, btw.
