Well that wasn’t the point. Greinke was much better under Lovullo than Hale. This move always depends on what they did with the saved $ (Madbum, Calhoun, Peralta, Ahmed) and the return (Beer, Martin, Bukauskas). Not good so far.

But part of why what they did with the saved $ isn't good is that Lovullo has been ruining what we have, in this case Calhoun, Peralta and Ahmed (Madbum hasn't been healthy enough for Lovullo to ruin)...
