I didn’t know that was his

I’ve been to the food truck
Yeah, Dave has been filling me in on the progress when we see each other at the Cardinals' games. Getting a brick-and-mortar restaurant off the ground is very difficult and rife with a lot of delays, but as of the beginning of this month they got it going. We're home this weekend for the Chandler Ostrich Festival and plan on hitting up Green Chile Love first thing in the morning on Saturday or Sunday.

I love green chili and helping fellow Cards fans. Next time I'm in the Valley, I will go there.

New Mexico gets a lot of love for green chili, and rightfully so. Colorado has a pretty big history too that is much less explored.

I'll have to check them out. I love anything with green chiles. It looks a little pricey, especially the chilaquiles. They are easy & cheap to make.

Okay? That doesn't mean that Colorado doesn't have a good history behind their green chilis...

Didn't say they didn't. I just find it funny that you can add Chiles even at national chains with well established menus. Those folks take their Chiles way to serious.
Last time I was there I bought Chiles in the home depot parking lot...they had three huge grills out there roasting chiles...it was so absurd I just had to buy some.
