Freddie Freeman and the Los Angeles Dodgers are back in Atlanta this weekend, facing off against the superstar first baseman's long-time team, the Atlanta Braves.
The Dodgers have already taken the first two outings of the three-game series, and on May 3, Freeman was a big part of the 10-3 victory, crushing a three-run homer against his old franchise.
Freeman finished game two with 3 hits, 2 runs scored and 4 RBI.

Following Freeman's Saturday night long ball at Truist Park — something Braves fans once applauded — his wife, Chelsea Freeman, took to social media.
"FREE Bomb," Chelsea Freeman spelled out on her Instagram story using two emojis. She did this while reposting her husband's home run.
Separately, she also posted photos from Truist Park, expressing that it's "always good to be back," with baseball and "heart hands" emojis.
Freeman has been as good as ever since joining the Dodgers, placing top five in the MLB MVP voting twice, while also achieving three straight All-Star appearances.
The former Braves champ was, of course, the World Series MVP for the Dodgers in 2024, too.
Freeman missed time with injury in 2025, but he still has 6 home runs and 21 RBI over his first 22 games. He's also batting a ridiculous .338, with a slugging percentage of .662 and an OPS of 1.085.
Game three of Dodgers-Braves is currently being featured on Sunday Night Baseball at the time of this article's completion on May 4. Heading into the fifth inning, Atlanta is leading Los Angeles by a score of 4-1, as they try to avoid being swept.
