The Chargers offense, particularly when it comes to fantasy football, continues to flourish in 2025. It's a unit that has given fantasy managers several different viable options across the board.

In Week 10, they are set to face the Steelers defense, which has been far worse than advertised this season.

Let's examine some start/sit decisions this week for the Chargers.

Start: QB Justin Herbert

There's not going to be many situations in which you would sit Herbert, and that holds true in Week 10. The Steelers have given up the fifth-most points to opposing quarterbacks in fantasy this year. The main concern for managers would be Herbert's health.

In the last game between these two sides in 2024, Herbert left the game with an injury. His offensive line is in rough shape at the moment, so that's something to be mindful of ahead of this contest. Still, you should insert him into your lineups and trust him against this poor secondary.

Sit: RB Kimani Vidal

The inconsistency has to drive fantasy managers nuts. Vidal has been true boom-or-bust in his four starts with two excellent performances and two duds. While the volume remains there, this isn't exactly an easy matchup.

The Steelers are the eighth-best against running backs in fantasy this year. Furthermore, they are coming off arguably their best performance of the year, in which they limited star Jonathan Taylor to just 45 yards on 14 carries. Sit Vidal in this one.

Start: WR Ladd McConkey & WR Keenan Allen

To start, the Steelers allow more fantasy points to opposing wideouts than any other team. That should give the full green light to confidently put both Allen and McConkey into your lineups. These are the two that garner the most targets in this pass-heavy offense with one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.

Sit: WR Quentin Johnston

Johnston had a stellar outing in Week 9, which included an incredible 19-yard touchdown in the second quarter. Why sit him against the Steelers' secondary? It's hard to trust Johnston with how up and down he has been lately. Given his reliance on big plays this season, he will continue to be a boom-or-bust kind of fantasy player. If you don't have better options, put Johnston into your lineup, but just know that his range out of outcomes is a bit wider than your typical wideout.

Start: TE Oronde Gadsden II

The rookie has proved this isn't a fluke at this point. The former Syracuse product has now registered at least five catches and 65 receiving yards in four consecutive contests. That gives him a high floor, something fantasy managers cherish at the tight end position. It's a favorable matchup in Week 10, so leave no doubts about keeping him in your starting lineup.
