Fans Obsessed With What Caitlin Clark Did During Indiana Fever Game originally appeared on Athlon Sports.

Caitlin Clark gave the fans in Gainbridge Fieldhouse plenty to cheer about in a 99-82 win against the Atlanta Dream on Friday night.

In her second game back from a five-game injury absence, Clark looked more comfortable with 12 points, nine assists and four rebounds in 26 minutes.

Kelsey Mitchell led Indiana in scoring with 25 points, even though the game high went to Atlanta guard Jordin Canada and her career night of 30 points.

But it was a rare moment the television cameras did not see that caused chatter during the game. Social media exploded after a fan inside the arena filmed what Clark was doing during a timeout.

X user Whitney Medworth was sitting courtside in seats gifted to her by Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton when she saw the All-Star guard wiping up some moisture on the floor.

"She has to do everything for this organization," one user joked dramatically.

"She really takes her State Farm assist job seriously," another chimed in.

Whether Clark was ensuring the safety of everyone on the court or simply having a good time staying busy during the timeout, fans were obsessed with the quirky moment during the win for the Fever.

Indiana is back in action on Sunday against Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings for the fifth straight game in their home court. It would be Clark and Bueckers' first meeting in the WNBA after splitting two NCAA Tournament games 1-1 when they played at Iowa and UConn, respectively.
