He said to crunch them up a bit. I added quite a bit to mine. I don't remember putting milk in it. Baked in foil, it stays pretty moist.
That's funny you mention salt. My wife's doctor said her blood pressure was a little low and she should add salt to her diet.....6 months later, she ends up with vertigo apparently caused by excessive salt that cause something in her ear to swell. Health care in America......now she's on some sort of steroids....and she scares me....
