The Atlanta Falcons are set to meet with a few more prospects as we inch closer to the 2025 NFL draft. On Friday, the team will host Texas wide receiver Isaiah Bond on a pre-draft visit, according to a report from NFL insider Ian Rapoport. Bond is an undersized wideout with game-breaking speed.
Last season, the Longhorns standout recorded 34 catches for 540 receiving yards and five touchdowns on 15.9 yards per reception. Bond, a projected as a mid-round pick, is currently ranked 111th on the Pro Football Focus big board.
The Falcons have two quality starters in Drake London and Darnell Mooney, and while Ray-Ray McCloud and KhaDarel Hodge are both capable receivers, the team could use some extra depth. It wouldn't hurt to give rocket-armed quarterback Michael Penix Jr. another deep threat.
According to Justin Melo of the Draft Network, the Falcons also have an in-person visit with UCF defensive back BJ Adams.
At 6-foot-3, 190-pounds, Adams has elite size for the position. He played primarily on the outside last season, recording two interceptions for the Knights. Adams is a potential late-round option for Atlanta. The team only has five draft picks, and two of which are in the seventh round.
Lastly, South Carolina EDGE prospect Kyle Kennard is expected to attend the Falcons local pro day. Kennard, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, recorded double-digit sacks last season. He's improved drastically over the last two years and finished the 2024 season with a pass-rushing grade of 80.7.
