given the growth in the salary cap + so many teams having a silly amount of money to spend: lots of deals where very avg players get giant $. Get used to it

9ers have a but load of CAP room and need to use some of it up. Garcon is good and needed to be bribed to go to the 9ers and they are giving him a ton of up front money and less at the back end I bet. Actually a good smart signing if they did it that way.
