Friend of mine saw it last weekend. She's Filipino, couldn't wait for it and now says wait for it to go to video. She loves Jo Koy but says it's good but not worth paying full price for and you don't need to see it on a big screen.

I hope it does well lots of people are seeing it as a breakthrough for Asian actors so if it bombs, that could set that back.

The trailers look about like what my friend said there's some funny stuff but it's formulaic.
