Federal court records show the driver in a car accident that seriously injured U.S. national soccer team forward Charlie Davies had consumed alcohol. Davies broke several bones, including two in his right leg, and injured his bladder in the accident along George Washington Parkway on Oct. 13. Another passenger died.
