This could get interesting.
Can't even get excited anymore, he's got everyone in his pocket or defending him right now because they're all complicit. Some judge will come forward and overrule and the footage will never air.
Honestly it wouldn't matter if it did air, we know he's a bad guy, treats women like crap, I don't think even if there is footage of him using the N word(as Omarosa alleges) or other stuff it's going to change, his base will like it. Now the guy who claims Trump used to snort adderall during filming of the show THAT would make for great footage but no way that was on tape.
Exactly. It will go to the Supreme Court if it has to for Trump and the 5 will roll over on their hands and knees and put their hindquarters up for him.
I think this is one of the most depressing quotes I've ever agreed with.
Opinión, we are all, each and every one of us, the worse for it, whether we love or hate Donald Trump.
Nailed it, there is literally nothing good about Donald J Trump. No redeeming quality at all
I texted the link to some people who I know..
Here's some of the texts I got back.. wow
Nice collection of "Pants on Fire" stuff from Politico, re Drumpf.
He may quite literally be the worst person in America... simply because he can do more damage than anyone else.
In fact, I might just start referring to him as "The Worst American."
You governors are on your own but ill tell you when you'll be open.
Weren't Republicans the only defenders of states rights?!
If doesn't work he will take no responsibility at all I assume.
The man is amazing. People blame him for GOP governors not locking down he says not my fault, that's the state not the fed I can advise but I can't lock them down only they can. Now he wants to open up, suddenly he has the ability to override state orders and open up?
Talk about having your hamburder and eat it too,
BIM - "hamberder"
Legally, Trump's not incorrect. It's complicated, but yes, under the commerce clause powers the federal government could theoretically order a state to stop enforcing restrictions that affect interstate commerce.
However, there's really no law that Trump could argue in front of a court that imparts such authority. He'd need Congress to pass a statute first.
Sure, Trump could argue something called Dormant Commerce Clause, but I don't think a court would buy it provided that state was continuing to experience an epidemic or was instituting a limited startup.
Drumpf hits 18,000 lies.....
George is leading an anti-Trump group. How he is not divorced by now.
