Still early... He hit for average pretty well in AAA... and of course, was off the charts with HR's and RBI. Let's give him some more time to see if he can learn and adjust to hitting in the bigs.

GREAT win today! Really nice outing by Corbin, not his best but he battled like a champ through some tough spots. It was good to see a good outing for Clippard aka Wild Thing. Sorry, I just cant not think of Charlie Sheen everytime I see him.

Regardless, credit where it is due! The Dbacks carried momentum from one series to the next, absolutely great to see! Lets get another tomorrow

I dunno... IMHO, I see him as no worse a defensive liability than is Tomas... And I believe O'Brien is 10x more athletic than is Tomas... so I hold out hope that he will continue to progress and learn to play outfield. IIRC, he was mainly a catcher until just a year or two ago...

So we wrap this quick series up today and then we have 4 against Colorado then we come home for 3 against Philly.

This is still a flawed baseball team, but if they can make a little mini run here they can make the wild card race interesting for themselves.

I hope so, baseball is so much more exciting for me when there is atleast a glimmer of hope. I like going to any baseball game, but there's nothing like being in the hunt.
