I still think he's trying to maneuver to make sure he's drafted by the team he wants to play for, but he says he has no interest in football. As recent as 3 weeks ago people were saying Henson was showing interest so I think this is really an attempt to control who picks him since he was being told he'd be picked in round 7.
If you read far enough it's quite clear his agent is well aware of it because they mention he'll be a complete FA next year(ala Hutchinson) and it discussed the money situations.
Is it wrong for me to wish him continued failure in baseball(hitting. 200 in AAA this year) so he moves over to football (-: He's 23 now if he waits much longer he's going to miss his window.
