Nah...that wouldn't do it either. Many hardcore religious folks are freaks in the sheets. That wouldn't move the needle either.

Over the past decade or so, many right-wing organizations, pundits, public school critics, et al. have made it a point to refer to public school as government school to make is sound evil to their followers.

I will likely get beat up for saying this but in some ways it's not a shock when you consider a chunk of his base are the religious right. If you can convince people that dinosaur bones were put there by god to test people's faith, or another version is that they were put there during the 6 days of creation and that men and dinosaurs actually existed at the same time despite all the scientific evidence to the counter, you can get them to believe all sorts of stuff just on faith.

CNN played a clip last night of Trump saying something on air, live, and then a few hours later denying on FOX news that he'd said it, and the host agreed with him. It was from a few months ago but it was startling, I mean they actually knew that he'd said it live and it was on tape, and they still let him say on their show he didn't say it, and then agreed with him that he hadn't said it.

The level of cultism it takes is stunning.

I think Trump could get nailed by Mueller for Collusion, go on national tv and admit it, and a large chunk of his base would still defend him and a large chunk of that chunk would insist Trump didn't really do it even though he admitted he did.

If you're looking for people who will believe things with literally no evidence, you go straight to the church.

The ones who think Jesus rode dinosaurs, though, take it to a whole other level.

Perhaps one should worry more about those who follow false prophets than the ones who follow Jesus Christ.

I think we should worry about them all equally.

Radical Christians may be radical but they still “follow” JC.

I agree. Every man must be held accountable for their deeds.

Saying one is a Christian does not necessarily mean they are a Christian. They must follow the teachings of Jesus Christ as their savior.

In Matthew 7:21 (NIV) it says.

For those who want a clearer understanding of Jesus Christ I recommend reading one of the four Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. They are all easy reads. I particularly like the chapter of John.
