CLEMSON — Clemson softball is the No. 11 overall seed in the NCAA tournament, hosting the Clemson Regional at McWhorter Stadium.

The Tigers (44-12) have No. 2 seed Kentucky, No. 3 seed Northwestern and No. 4 seed USC Upstate in their regional, and aim to advance to a super regional for third time in program history.

Clemson won the ACC Tournament on May 10, its first conference tournament title. The Tigers beat Florida State 2-1 after a go-ahead two-run home run in the seventh inning by Kylee Johnson.

This season marks the fifth straight season in which Clemson made it to the NCAA Tournament, and it's hosting a regional for for the third time. It advanced to the super regionals both times it hosted a regional (2022 and 2023).
