That is not even close to true Russ. I beat on him plenty and burned his jersey, but he played great against Seattle in week 4, Against Dallas in week 10 and Tampa in week 13.

Week 6 targets 10 -> Week 5 and 6 combined 7
Week 9 & 10, 22 Targets, the next 3 games 11 combined

He had similar stretches his rookie year were he shows flashes and then disappeared. He had 116 targets that year with 50 of them in 5 game (10 per) and 66 in the other 12 (5.5 per).

Ok those 3 games combined 2 TD's. it's great for him, but for an elite NFL WR it's about average. He didn't have 100 yards in a game all last year, 98 was his best, had it twice as a rookie the Rams game I mentioned and against Miami. Wilson had 100 3 times last year

The Dallas game last year was his best game last year he had the one great TD where he broke the DB's ankles.

Honestly since that Rams game he hasn't been close to dominant. We can chalk up some to Kyler and he was hurt last year but we have not seen the guy we supposedly drafted for the most part in 2 seasons.

Takeaways from #AZCardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr.:

- “it’s a WR dream” to have coach like LaFleur who has extensive history at the position, but says he’s gotten on WR’s extra sometimes

- “I just try to be myself and be positive.” Says he wants to set an example for younger guys around him.

- says he thought he had a good camp. Gotten more involved in the run game.

- Says coaching is the big reason all different QB’s have found success in LaFleur’s system.

- “constant communication” when it comes to relationship with Jacoby. Says Jacoby is a big brother for everybody on or off the field.

- “energy, man.” on Kendrick Bourne. Says they need him to be him every day.

- “everybody’s making plays” on whole WR room.

- On mental: Says he knows Monday-Saturday he preps to be the best. Knows stuff will go viral but trusts his process. Was hesitant to say he has a chip on his shoulder.

- On Jeremiyah Love: “Made a lot for splash plays. He’s really exiting to watch play football.” Says he can be a receiver if he wanted to

- says run blocking is mandatory. Still embracing it but loves sticking his nose in there. Knows it will open up run game.

#AZCardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr., on being under the social media microscope:
"I know if there is a play they think I've should've made, it's going to be posted. That's what they'll do in the social media era, and that's OK. I'm just going to worry about my process. ... The results are going to be what the results are going to be."

“It was a crazy throw.”

Arizona Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. was so impressed by Jacoby Brissett’s TD pass to him that he asked where is ranked for the QB — Marv did not share the answer.

I wonder how much of Marv's struggles are a combo of Kyler and poor play design for his strengths and skill set.

One of the reasons I didn't want Marvin was because I believed Kyler needed a true jump ball threat and that isn't a strength in Marvin's game. Lo and behold, we watched Kyler and Marvin struggle to connect because Kyler kept yeeting the ball to Marv and he couldn't come down with contested catches.

And catching with his body doesn't help
