Has the casino tropez ad in the lower left corner of AZFN always been there or has some spam company mucked my browser up?

but it enables us keep track of all kinds of site traffic data.

We don't get any revenue from it. In exchange for the ad, we get site traffic data.

I'm also still not sure if it's worth the trouble.

Let me give you an example of the type of data we get from it:

We've had 15,104 hits so far today, 654 this hour. We hit highs on March 12 of 6,126 hits in one hour and 50,037 for that day.

Daily unique hits so far today are 560.

So far today, 32.85% of all visitors entered ASFN via the front page.

31.23% of you spend between 1 to 5 minutes per visit. 6.07% of you stay an hour or more.

I could go on and on, but that's the type of stuff the casino ad gets us. And you will never be encouraged to click on that ad. Just ignore it.

Does your web host have cpanel? You can download the logs and get the traffic data yourself. I know some free software that will do it.
