Solid addition but not a Edmonds repalcement. He's more of a Conner clone. Not a lot of speed (4.72-40), more of a plugger like Conner. Don't expect shifty or elusive from Williams.

We didn’t have a vet replacement level player to pair with Conner. He’s a solid plugger, can catch and is good in pass pro. Good solid signing.
