Cardinals DVD Covers

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but does anyone make custom Cards DVD covers? I am looking for one for the division clincher and the Falcons and Panthers game.

Lightscribe is awesome but I can usually rig up something if I want to print a label. The cover to the DVD case is hard for us Photoshop illiterate like myself.
