Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever were looking for vengeance against Brittney Griner and the Atlanta Dream on Thursday night.
After losing to the Dream, 91-90, and beginning their season with a 1-1 record, the Fever had a chance to bounce back in their first road game.
Before the match tipped off, all eyes were on the players tunnel fits, showing off the style of these WNBA stars.
Clark walked into the arena with double-breasted trench coat in a beige tone, featuring wide lapels, structured shoulders, and prominent tortoiseshell buttons that run down the front in two rows.
Underneath the coat, Clark was wearing a striking red cropped button-up shirt, which was paired with a high-waisted, tan mini skirt that matches the coat’s neutral palette.
After walking into the arena with the trench coat, Caitlin Clark's teammate Sophie Cunningham followed her in the stadium tunnel.
With the cameras flashing, Cunningham made joke about Clark's outfit.
"I have to come after Inspector Gadget," Cunningham said.
The nickname for Clark comes from the show "Inspector Gadget," which was produced in the 1980s. It's a cartoon with a cyborg police inspector named Gadget.

Sophie Cunningham also stunned in her pregame outfit for the Indiana Fever versus Atlanta Dream game.
Cunningham wore a fitted black crew-neck T-shirt that stands out thanks to its bold design—two pearl-outlined shapes stitched on the chest area.
She paired the look with light-wash, high-waisted wide-leg jeans and classic black pointed-toe heels that peek out subtly from under the denim.
Cunningham will be playing her first game of the season. She was sidelined for the Fever's first two matchups due to an ankle injury.
