Plus he’s played mostly zone during his career. Imo he’s a slightly above average player who doesn’t make many plays.

Yeah. I don't see why he wouldn't fetch an extremely high price. We could create some additional cap space by releasing Robert Alford, but it's difficult to believe he won't get top money somewhere.
