I refused to eat brussel sprouts growing up. Horrible little things. But now, later in life and the advent of youtube, I found a recipe that roasts them in the oven and I have admit, theyre pretty darn tasty.
Wash and dry them. Slice in half (thru the stem so they stay together) Toss in a bowl with some olive oil and a little garlic salt. Place cut side down on a cookie sheet. and roast in the oven on 400+ until fork soft and the leaves become roasted and carmelized. yum!
