The Buffalo Bills used their first-round pick at the 2025 NFL draft on a player that had a bit of controversy attached to him.
At No. 30 overall, cornerback Maxwell Hairston was selected by the Bills.
Hairston is a ball-hawking defensive back that fits the zone scheme Sean McDermott plays on defense. However, the team's top draft pick had past accusations resurface on social media after he was picked.
Women from Hairston's time at Kentucky claimed sexual assault allegations against him. Charges were not brought up from the school and Buffalo general manager Brandon Beane said the Bills investigated the situation too.
Beane even noted Hairston volunteered to do a polygraph test.
