With a lot of questions swirling about just how involved Jordon Hudson is in boyfriend Bill Belichick's work at North Carolina, this can't help.
Per The Athletic, one of the reasons why UNC's football team didn't appear on Hard Knocks -- despite a reported deal in place for Belichick's squad to appear on the HBO docuseries -- was because of Hudson.
"Jordon Hudson, Belichick’s girlfriend, played an instrumental role in stopping the production, related to her request to be heavily involved in the project, according to multiple industry sources briefed on the negotiations," read the report. "In a December 2024 email to North Carolina officials, Hudson, 24, identified herself as the chief operating officer of Belichick Productions. (The Athletic has been unable to identify any company registered under that name either in Massachusetts, where Hudson’s other business entities are listed, or any other state.)"
The program was supposed to be at the center of a Hard Knocks series, with everything from cameras ready to be set up to promotional images made up. But it all fell apart, with Belichick ultimately not approving.
This adds another wrinkle to what's fast becoming a concern for UNC.
