After five years of relying on Oscar Chapman to handle its punting duties, the Auburn Tigers are set to hand the keys over to fellow Aussie, Hudson Kaak.

Kaak transferred to Auburn during the offseason after a successful two-season stint at Oklahoma State, where he averaged 41.1 yards per punt. His average punts are comparable to Chapman, who averaged 43.5 yards per punt over his five-year career in Auburn. Kaak is expected to become the Tigers' primary punter, which will allow time for true freshman John Alan McGuire to develop. McGuire and Towns McGough are projected to handle kickoff duties this year while Kaak and Alex McPherson are expected to handle the punting a field goal kicking respectively.
