Nice warm up to conference play, though BYU and perhaps UNLV could be tough.

Interesting that U of A isn't at the end of the season. And we return to Corvalis!

We'll see if this schedule holds or gets changed.

No Oregon or Cal next year. I think the PAC opponents are just listed as the home games first and then the away games without any dates assigned. We could very well have UofA for the last game.

U of A will be the last game. UNLV should be a cupcake game. BYU is interesting although I think they take a step back next year.

I'm so looking forward to a full season next year. Agree, the PAC-12 games will probably be restructured.

The first three games are the only ones with dates. Then it lists the home games in alphabetical order then the away games in alphabetical order.

I think the 2021 season is a huge onefor Herm and this current team. They seem to be fairly stacked and experienced. Anything short of contending for the championship game should be considered disappointing. I really want to say anything short of a South championship would be disappointing.

Am I delusional?

I agree with this but this past season could have been special but it wasn't meant to be with health and safety protocols.

The Sun Devil running game should be fantastic.

No.

Washington is also supposed to be very strong.

But I want to set expectations higher than the South championship. This team should be better than the 2013 team that won that honor.

So PAC 12 Champs or bust!

I think it is definitely a possibility and I think, of atl things, the BYU game will tell us alot about this team. My early concerns:

1. OL - seems like a constant source of concern although ASU seems to mine the transfer portal for this so...

2. Jayden Daniels - I core this off-season he is able to work on putting better touch on longer passes. Also, I have questions about his leadership during games. I try not to view things by how a guy acts on the sidelines when the camera catches him but there are times I get this sense he isn't laser focused.

3. Defensive backfield - these days, pretty much any and every team has to think defensive backfield is a concern.

Sun Devils add 4 star cornerback Isiaiah Thomas on National Signing Day.

By Michelle Gardner Arizona Republic:

Four-star cornerback Isaiah Johnson out of St. Bernard in Playa del Ray, California has signed on the dotted line. He's a Sun Devil.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pounder is the highest rated recruit in ASU's 2021 class, pegged as the No. 9 cornerback in the country, the No. 12 overall player in California and the No 139 player nationwide by 247Sports.

Arizona State gets a commitment from top safety, Jaylin Marshall. He is a four star prospect.

By Michelle Gardner Arizona Republic:

It is early in the 2022 recruiting cycle, but Arizona State has already delivered quite the message to future foes by securing a commitment from four-star safety Jaylin Marshall out of Hallandale High School (Fla.), which is southeast of Fort Lauderdale.

Marshall, a 6-foot-3, 190-pound safety, had 23 offers, nine of those from SEC schools and made the announcement on social media on his 17th birthday. Among those courting him were notable powers in Alabama, Florida and LSU. Other suitors included the school closest to home in Miami, as well as Oklahoma, Penn State and Pac-12 contender Utah.
