How would you set that up?

Just announce that anyone who wants in needs to send you a small fee via PayPal or Venmo if they want in. 2.00 or 5.00 or whatever something small to make it interesting. at the end you send full amount to whoever wins if someone doesn’t pay they aren’t eligible to win... I would say they must be paid by week 3 or they are out...
