And think how close we would be if Lovullo could manage a bullpen - as well as the rest of the game. Lovullo left Thompson in to face 6 batters (hey Torey, that's 3 more than required) and got lucky the Dodgers didn't pull off another 9th inning miracle against the DBacks. Thompson now sports a 7.50 ERA. But, a win is a win.
