Yay or nay may have ended up in litigation. Supposedly a referendum is much cleaner.

It does seem to take forever and things are still unresolved because who knows how the public will vote on anything...

"Still unresolved" is exactly what I'm tired of. The last decade has been nothing but 'two more weeks' and we'll finally have a resolution on the Coyotes situation. I'll have as many posts as Dback by the time this is over.

Government moves S-L-O-W-L-Y! I have helped with pushing for laws in NV, and it can take decades to get something passed. I think this is moving relatively fast for a project of this size.
