Just love what this says about our TE room right now lol

he probably can do things the guys we don't have now can't. Google says 225 so he's not huge so maybe he can play sort of a hybrid FB and TE role. Or he may just be a camp body don't know. Guy was an all american wrestler in college.

Convert him to ILB

Might be more of an indication of how we want to evolve the formation/shifts of our TE's?

I do believe I remember seeing at times shifting a TE into the backfield. Perhaps with our focus on trying to load up at TE, and continue searching/restocking, it means we plan to go heavier on that?

We signed this player because we have sooo many injuries at the TE position right now.
We signed the guy because Anderson is out & this guy has the same skill set. We will use Anderson in the backfield and at times as a type of H back. KK just wants to practice these types of plays & can‘t do that with Anderson currently out. Just more flexibility to the offense. This pick up has NOTHING to do with Ertz, Williams, or McBride.

It has to do with them in that we don't have enough TEs to take reps in practice at the moment.
