My dream scenario is for the draft to fall like this:
1 Carolina trades up to take Bryce Young.
2 Texans select Stroud.
3 Colts freak the f out and trade up one spot to take Will Levis.
4 Cardinals acquire 2nd rounder and 3rd rounder from Colts and select Will Anderson.
Definitely possible. Even Raiders could trade up to 1. Absolute dream scenario here.

If they trade him, it's nearly a $25 million cap hit in dead money. They can convert an $8.5 million roster bonus to his base and shave that blow to $16.5 million in dead money. Doesn't seem plausible.
