Michael Wilson is one of only eight players to have at least seven targets in every game this season.

On Sunday, Wilson goes up against a Giants defense which has allowed double-digit fantasy points to every WR that has seen seven or more targets against them in 2026.

Yes, too many hits behind the line. That was a legit complaint about the Cards to not even take Love in the draft---our OL was not going to open the necessary holes and he would be wasted by getting tackled behind the LOS.

This is game 4 for the new offense and for RB Love coming off a high ankle sprain. This Giant game will be an important yardstick to see if our OL and RBs are getting in sync. We need some explosive plays out of the backfield.

but if we can't tackle they'll skat down our throat for 4 quarters - meanwhile the midgets are 12th at stopping the run

Well we're packing our bags. It's kind of bitter sweet. This is the last trip we have to do. Been thinking about all the trips my son and I have taken on this quest. Now that we're about done it seems strange. I am truly touched that my wife and daughter are making this trip to be with us for the last stadium on our tour. He's actually done quite well given the OL, hasn't had a big take it to the house 50 yard plus run yet but he's had some impressive runs. 3.9 YPC with games against Seattle and SF and teams run blitzing us because we have no deep threat. When we get Reiman back I think we're going to see an improvement in that too. Marv blocked better last week if that continues it helps too, WR's have to block on long runs in the NFL it's just much less likely for a RB to go 70 yards without someone catching him you need WR's blocking downfield to do it.

the big disappointment so far for me is the receiving part only 4.4 YPC on 10 catches. Some of it is he is often not on the field on passing downs and we're not really using him in wheel routes and stuff yet but I expect to see more of that from him in the future.

Agree with everything here.

Love has the athletic ability to make the OL better and not necessarily have to depend on them. Love was on the sidelines while that high ankle sprain got better so he is still in 'learn the playbook' mode. I thought he was a two-for-one player---a RB and also a WR. Waiting to see him line up in the slot or run a deep out for D's to lose their mind deciding on how to defend him and TM and MW. Then hit Bourne for 20 yards. LOL

Yeah he's likely still learning blitz pickup but it is a bit disappointing in that it was such a big part of his game in college and TA is so slow when he gets the ball on 3rd down he's not going very far. I figure it's a matter of time before that gets better

For those who were questioning if he was even the best RB in the draft, Price is now on IR with a chest injury I think the correct medical phrase is fumbling too much. Like the kid he will be good but his issue was very predictable it happened in college too

When your QB doesn’t know the offense till week 4 of the preseason you get the presnap penalties because you can’t do trickery and motion.

As if there was ever hope for this to be a good season. I guess in typical "torture your fans to the max" Cardinals we had to win the first game in a fluke to build up false hopes. I even thought we might win four or five games after San Diego. Not anymore. The injuries will start to pile up and our depth is atrocious. Back to 2 wins tops for me.

We will get our assses handed to us today. That is what I expect.

I fear somehow we're giving tells when it's a run play with Love, they seem to be immediately in the backfield. This is not something new, but it's depressing because it's not new. You would hope, eventually, teams would figure out how to not give away stuff like that.
