The Arizona Cardinals held their first practice of Week 7 on Wednesday, althought it would be a closed walkthrough, and head coach Jonathan Gannon spoke with reporters before that. He gave important injury updates about key players like quarterback Kyler Murray, receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. and defensive lineman Darius Robinson.

Kyler Murray injury update

There isn't anything new. In fact, Gannon answered, "yes," to the question as to how Murray was coming along. He missed Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts with a mid-foot sprain.

Marvin Harrison Jr. injury update

Harrison remains in concussion protocol. To be able to play on Sunday, he will need to clear it with a symptom-free full practice by the end of the week.

Darius Robinson injury update

Gannon said that Robinson, who has missed the last two games with a pectoral injury, would return to practice. However, it was going to be a walkthrough.

Emari Demercado injury update

Demercado exited Sunday's game with an ankle injury. Gannon said he is doing "pretty good."

Travis Vokolek injury update

The Cardinals' No. 3 tight end was placed on injured reserve with the neck injury he sustained on the opening kickoff on Sunday. He is out for the rest of the season.
