The Arizona Cardinals must trim their roster down to 53 players by Tuesday afternoon. The deadline is 4 p.m. ET or 1 p.m. Arizona time.
They have a lot of big decisions to make.
What do they do with their injured players? Can they keep both Kitan Crawford and Joey Blount in the safety room?
Below, before the Cardinals make their moves, here are my latest 53-man roster projections.
Kyler Murray, Jacoby Brissett
I don't think anyone expects anything other than this. Clayton Tune likely is signed to the practice squad.
James Conner, Trey Benson, Emari Demercado, DeeJay Dallas
This room seems set as well. As impressive as Michael Carter and Bam Knight were in the preseason, only one will be on the practice squad.
Marvin Harrison Jr., Michael Wilson, Zay Jones, Greg Dortch, Simi Fehoko, Xavier Weaver
The only question is whether the Cardinals go with five or six receivers. Weaver is the No. 6 Fehoko showed what he needed in the preseason.
Trey McBride, Tip Reiman, Elijah Higgins, Travis Vokolek
There is a shot they only keep three, but they do like Vokolek.
Paris Johnson, Evan Brown, Hjalte Froholdt, Isaiah Adams, Jonah Williams, Kelvin Beachum, Jon Gaines, Nick Leverett, Josh Fryar
Christian Jones and Hayden Conner start the year on injured reserve, whether it is season-ending or being designated to return. Will Hernandez starts the season on PUP.
Calais Campbell, Dalvin Tomlinson, Darius Robinson, Justin Jones, Dante Stills, L.J. Collier
Bilal Nichols and Walter Nolen start the season on PUP. Jones is a question mark with his knee injury. He could be an IR candidate, which might give P.J. Mustipher a spot on the roster.
Josh Sweat, Zaven Collins, Baron Browning, Jordan Burch, Xavier Thomas
BJ Ojulari is the wild card. Maybe he is activated off PUP, but I'm leaning toward he won't be. That gives Xavier Thomas life for the roster.
Mack Wilson, Akeem Davis-Gaither, Cody Simon, Owen Pappoe
I think that Pappoe's youth and elite athleticism get him the final spot.
Garrett Williams, Max Melton, Will Johnson, Denzel Burke, Kei'Trel Clark
Clark makes it over Darren Hall. Elijah Jones doesn't make the cut.
Budda Baker, Jalen Thompson, Dadrion Taylor-Demerson, Joey Blount, Kitan Crawford
We solve the problem by keeping both Blount and Crawford.
Chad Ryland, Blake Gillikin, Aaron Brewer
This is certain.
