But he was a nice player off the bench. Liked him a lot. Had a lot of upside. Seems like a nice enough kid. Understand why he’s staying in the draft. But I’ll forget he was a wildcat in 3 years. There’s a chance that Sidi Gueye doesn’t make it to Arizona. He’s having immigration issues that may compromise his ability to come to the states and play (you can probably figure out why, but P&R). Arizona is working hard to make it work, but it’s uncertain at this point
I actually asked that question on BRO a bit ago because with the travel ban there's highly rated transfer prospects from several countries on that list and it's not clear to me college basketball prospect is good enough to get them cleared?
Hope he's able to get through. I had read that some schools aren't even bothering to send scouts to the FIBA games going on because it's so uncertain if the kids they'd be recruiting can get into the country
