Elway strikes me as a guy who will selfishly work changes that benefit his team. Very Jim Irsay-like in the way Jim went after the Pats for the balls. Literally nobody else in the world cared.

On a sidenote thats funny Fisher, statistically the losing-est coach in NFL history, was on the competition committee.

I actually think Elway will be more old school like BA... I do not care for Elway but I like his inclusion on the committee
