Read a good review in USAToday on mailblock.com . It's a webmail product that you can roll all your Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc. into, as well as use their addresses they give you, and they said ZERO spam gets through. I haven't tried it yet, but they have a special of $9.99 for three years going right now. Seems like it's worth a try. USAToday reviewer gave it rave reviews.
