I have done this for the past 5 years or so and seems to be pretty popular. Usually wait till pre season is over but since pretty much no starters are getting the nod this weekend figured what the hell....

Offense:

1. Kolb starts the season.. Skelton finishes the season.. Combined I predict 3500 yards 22 TD's and 22 INT's

2. Beanie Wells 150 carries 600 yards 6 TD's
3. Ryan Williams 150 carries 700 yards 5 TD's

4. Fitz 85 Receptions 1350 yards 7 TD's
5. Roberts 65 receptions 780 yards 3 TD's
6. Housler 45 recpetions 500 yards 4 TD's :)
7. Doucett 43 receptions 550 yards 3 TD's
8. Floyd 28 receptions 280 yards 1 TD

Defense:

1. Campbell 8 sacks 8 batted balls 2 FF and a FG block
2. Dockett 4.5 sacks 1 FF
3. Acho 7 sacks 2 FF and a defensive TD on a F recovery
4. Schofield 8 sacks 10 TFL and a FF
5. Washington 120 tackles 2 INTs 2 sacks and 2 FFs
6. Peterson 70 tackles 4 ints one defensive TD and 1 sack.
7. Wilson 80 tackles 1 FF 1.5 sacks 2 INT's
8. Rhodes 80 tackles 3int's

ST:

1. Peterson only returns one punt for a TD this season.
2. Zastudil leads the NFL in # of punts and leads the NFC west in average.

Overall record: 7-9

In chonological order:

Kolb is out of commission by the end of game 2.

Skelton completes under 50% of his passes in his limited action. He loses the starting position after being terrible.

Lindley throws fewer interceptions than touchdowns when he plays (and starts) this year.

Kolb starts. Fails. Skelton starts. Fails. We officially founder. Lindley starts the final two games and looks like a rookie. We decide that Skelton and Lindley will compete for the QB1 position in 2013. We use our high draft pick on tackle that we could have traded back 20 spots and still picked up.

Both Kolb and Skelton will start, and both will be benched.

Fitz - 75 rec - 1100 yards - 6 td's
Beanie - 180 carries - 700 yards - 8 td's
Williams - 120 carries - 30 rec - 800 yards - 6 td's

Defense will be average, around 15th in the League for PA + YPG

Peterson will have 3 int, one for a pick 6, and 2 punt returns for td's

Cardinals will finish with a 5-11 record and have the 5th overall pick.

Kolb starts. Goes 1-6. Skelton comes in and finishes 7-2. Both Qb's are gone next season. Skelton for making a fool of Whiz when we dont get the number 1 pick and Kolb because he just is the worst QB to ever wear Cardinal red!
Our new coach will be whats his name?

Cards win the division, going 11-5, after:

Kolb plays all 16 games, throwing 30 TD's to only 10 INT's.

Ryan Williams not only replaces Beanie but picks up 2/3 of workload, going over 1,000 yards and scoring 10+ TD's. Our first screen pass is completed in the 2nd quarter of week 1. He then takes a swing pass for an 86 yard TD in week 2. By week 3, we're practicing screens and swing passes predominately.

Our Oline looks better than anything we've had in years, and shows a propensity for pulling plays and zone blocking, leading to a revamped offense featuring screens, draws, outlets, and bootlegs.

Fitzgerald plays like Fitzgerald. But Floyd comes out of nowhere in Game two and plays like a #1 pick.

Our defense improves to top 5 in the league; # 2 in turnovers created and #1 in red zone defense. PP makes another pro-bowl, intercepting 7 balls. Stew Bradley turns out to the run-stopper we've always wanted. We start to even think he was a bargain for the price. DWash is a force to be reckoned with, regularly able to shed dudes with the added weight he's put on.

Whisenhunt wins coach of the year. The weak of heart and small children feint in great numbers.

Going into the playoffs, we're the one team nobody wants to play.

We start 4 different Left Tackles this season.

Our QBs lead the NFL in number of Sacks taken.

Kolb, Skelton and Lindley will each start a game at one point.

Williams will have more rushing yards than Wells.

Floyd will NOT be the bust many are already condemning him for and will emerge as our clear #2 WR by the middle of the year.

We will draft an O-linemen in the 1st and bring in another extremely flawed QB to compete with Skelton for the starting job in 2013. ************* anyone?

Cards go 4-12, just enough to miss out on all the good QB/LT prospects in the draft.

We'll use our first round pick on a skill position other than QB.

"Sources" will link Fitz to several trade rumors because he is unhappy with his touches during the season of QB ineptitude. Most of these rumors have him going to the Jets (soak in the irony, folks).

The Niners don't win the division. Harbaugh is finally diagnosed with Aspergers.

I will turn off the Pats game halfway into the 2nd quarter out of sheer disgust.

Nice post except "feint"? Are you really suggesting that a bunch of little kids (and others) will pretend to go one direction and then zip off in another?

Anyway, I love happy endings so here's hoping you picked 'em right.
