After a year at Kentucky and a year at Ohio State, Aaron Bradshaw has found a new home.
The 7-1, 215-pound center will play at Memphis for the 2025-26 season. As a sophomore, Bradshaw averaged 6.0 points and 2.7 rebounds in 22 games for the Buckeyes.
He started the first four games of the year, then was suspended for roughly a month as the university investigated an alleged domestic incident at his off-campus apartment. When he returned, it was as a reserve, and his first game back saw him score 11 points to help the Buckeyes knock off his former school inside Madison Square Garden.
Otherwise, Bradshaw struggled to make a consistent impact, scoring in double figures in only two more games the remainder of the season. He averaged 16.9 minutes per game.
In two seasons, the former top-five national recruit and McDonald's All-American has averaged 5.4 points and 3.0 rebounds while shooting 52.9% from the floor and 27.3% from 3-point range.
He is one of five Ohio State players from 2024-25 to enter the portal. Evan Mahaffey has transferred to Akron, Austin Parks has transferred to Toledo, Meechie Johnson Jr. has transferred to South Carolina and Sean Stewart entered the portal hours before the deadline and has not yet indicated his next step.
The Buckeyes are in the mix to add two more pieces to their roster via the transfer portal and are looking to sign another wing player and a forward.
