On Monday the 76ers visit the Suns for a 7 p.m. Arizona time game.

This will be the first game of a 6 game home stand. After the 76ers the Suns play: Heat, Nets, Lakers, Hawks and Celtics.

The 76ers (5-0, 3-0 away) are coming off a 129-128 win at Portland on Saturday while the Suns (4-2, 2-1 away) were beating the Grizzlies 114-105.

Joel Embiid will be out finishing the second game of his suspension.

The game will be televised on FSAZ.

The good news is Ty Jerome is out of his boot. The bad news is it will take awhile for him to be ready to play.

Monty Williams said Ty Jerome is out of his boot but hasn’t done any work on the court. Sounds like it’s still gonna be a while.

Here is what to expect on defense.... a bit like a bar fight.

Monty Williams said Philly might be the best defensive team they've played so far. Physicality has been the tag line for the matchup. Dario Saric said it will be like a bar fight (!!) a little bit.

The 76ers are big even without Embiid. This is something @Hoop Head previouly mentioned.

The 76ers will likely be starting rookie defensive ace Matisse Thybulle, meaning their starters will be 6-foot-9 Al Horford down low, 6-foot-8 Tobias Harris and 6-foot-5 Thybulle at forward, with 6-foot-5 Josh Richardson at two-guard and 6-foot-10 Ben Simmons running the show at point guard.

“Their size is something that you just don’t play against every day,” head coach Monty Williams said at shootaround Monday. “They go big most of the game and mainly because of Ben.”

Thybulle will be an issue, dude can defend and is already leading the NBA in steals as a rookie

But he can't shoot, which is something that needs to be exploited. He's shooting 23% from the field in 5.2 attempts a game. We can't let him improve that average against us.

More shooting with Korkmaz. Will make the Suns pay for heavy rotations off him, which they have been prone to. Monty's been money on in-game adjustments so far this year so I'd like to think he goes at him when he's on the floor.
