Phoenix Mercury forward/guard Rebecca Allen sustained a right hamstring injury during an exhibition game with the Australian Opals at the end of July. Allen will be out and re-evaluated in the coming weeks. Updates will be provided as appropriate.

NEW INFO: The Phoenix Mercury will need to make an additional roster move before Sunday at 11:59 p.m. to be at the league-mandated minimum of 11 players.
Their roster is currently at 10 players.
The team will have 72 hours to add someone from when Celeste Taylor’s seven-day contract expired at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday.

Watched that Chicago game. Best Mercury basketball I'v seen in several seasons. The threes just kept dropping. It was amazing!

Oddity of the game: Kahleah Copper kicking the basketball into one of the referees.
