1 - Through 25 years, the record was 50-0 when a team had a +4 turnover differential. And that was 50-0.

2 - Jalen Thompson, MVP.

3 - Considering how great your punter and defense were playing, Gannon’s decision to go for it on 4th down from their own red zone at the end of the fourth quarter, with three timeouts and the two-minute warning left, can best be described as fullblown incompetence. There’s aggressive and then there’s stupid.

4 - Congratulations to the Cardinals on hitting the 400 day-mark since they last beat a team with a winning record. Truly remarkable.

5 - Until Harrison show he’s good, in my mind Michael Wilson is the #2 receiver.

6 - Hjalte Froholdt played up to his level from last season. Very encouraging.

7 - Forget the results for a second. If you do not fight for Brissett with everything you got, you should not be in the NFL. Warrior.

8 - Paris Johnson is fine, but he has not been worth the #6 overall pick.

9 - Denzel Burke has been my guy since pre-draft, so I am happy that he got 100% of the defensive snaps. There’s a case to be made that Burke is your #2 CB when Will Johnson is out.

10 - People should stop arguing that the 2027 QB draft will be so fantastically, amazingly wonderful. Who the hell knows? Some months ago it was universal consensus that Drew Allar, Cade Klubnik, and Garrett Nussmeier would be first-round picks in 2026. Now it would be a surprise if even one of them is.

No, Brissett is not your long-term answer, so you get a quarterback this offseason. Don’t f*** around.

We need to fix the OL before we draft a QB. Putting a rookie QB behind this OL would be a disaster.
Yep, the passing game has been working, but every 6 plays or so someone whiffs their block, Jacoby gets insta-sacked and it kills the drive. Its why we're putting up stats but not scoring points.

Paris Johnson has been a consensus top 10 OT in the league, yet whenever he gives up a sack theres always one guy who goes "not worth the pick". Like have you seen OT play in this league? OTs picked top 10 bust almost as much as QBs, we're lucky he's been so good.

At #6 overall, you're looking for legit game changers. Paris Johnson is more DJ Humphries.

Consensus top 10 OT in the league isn’t good enough when we passed on a possible DPOY.

Is it a rule that the team cannot do both?
No, but we need two starting guards and a right tackle. you are not going to get that in the third or fourth round. If we were to move up to draft a QB, we would have to give up more draft picks. I also don't like any of the college QBs. Maybe next year will be better, maybe not. I can live with JB for a couple of years. He is a fighter.

agree...ANY starting caliber LT is worth that pick...and PJ is better than just starter caliber

Cards fans never learn. This is exactly what people were saying about Kei’Trel Clark. They are both butt and get relentlessly picked on.

For a UDFA to even make the roster is an upset and I thought he was going to never play but he has and he's gotten better all year.

thats just such a misinformed "hey I want to see fancy plays" take.
a starting caliber LT is worth a top 5 pick every single year.
been a while since we had a legit NFL QB.... but without a starting caliber LT...even if we had one, we wouldnt have one.
Because somebody has to keep the franchise alive from those splashy pass rushers.

Crazy because Denzel Burke is a fifth-round pick.

Oh my bad forgot we picked him.

Point is I thought he was terrible in college and said so when we got him. He's gone from unplayable early in the year to actually doing ok.

I actually do remember that now because after we drafted him I posted a blurb where some scouts had speculated Burke might be converted to WR because he has good hands but wasn't fast enough to play CB in the NFL.

Nobody is saying he's going to a starting CB for years but he's gone from absolute unplayable early in the year to playable, I give him credit for that.

In a season this bad I look for positive things

3. Totally agree. Some dumb decisions have been done.
10. THIS. Here’s the deal. What is our system? What Qb in the draft fit our system? Do not draft a square peg and force him into a round hole. NOW IS THE TIME. Drafting a qb 1-2- or 3 does not guarantee success. Mahomes was drafted 10th. Trubisky was drafted second.
I know we should not draft an undersized Qb that will need two years to learn our system.

10 The system would be different if we replaced JG with an offensive-minded head coach or at least replaced Petzing with a different offensive coordinator. If Petzing is back next season (or replaced with someone quite similar), then we could be drafting a quarterback who doesn't fit the next coaching staff's system (assuming JG is fired after the 2026 season).

Where he will hurt us is when we are forced into using him in single man coverage...for more than 2 seconds.
Still convinced Rallis would blitz more if all our corners were not zone corners...but sending extra guys is a risk...if you don't get there in 2 seconds or less your gonna pay if you don't have good man corners...
They certainly expected our bevy of pass rushers to get home quicker than they have

Is it a rule we can only draft offensive linemen? Trades and FA signings aren't allowed?

Look at rosters around the league. Most lines are made up of later round picks and even UDFAs. The idea that teams pick linemen mostly in the top three rounds is ridiculous. Most teams have one or two top pick linemen, and the rest are from lower rounds (or guys they traded for or signed as FAs).

1. Agree - Another record of futility to add to our legacy
3. Agree -Gannon has proven he can't make the right end game decisions/win close games
5. Agree - Also Gannon's responsibility
8. Disagree - PJ is a franchise LT and plays a top 3 premium position in the NFL. We didn't just get PJ at #6, we got a crap ton of other picks and a potential lottery pick. Stroud screwed up the lottery pick and Monti screwed up the actual picks outside of PJ and Williams.
