    I have suspicions that Beal is one of those fake leaders that tries to tell everyone what they want to hear in the media. He’s talking about how important cohesion and teamwork is but he threw himself a pity part in game 4. He’s talented but not a winning player to this point.

    I would’ve been fine with Melton at 35 and that’s not a homer take because I think we flushed a 3rd round pick down the toilet. Cooper DeJean was a polarizing prospect but a versatile DB like him is a good fit in Philly were they already drafted a true corner.

    Well if he’s not willing to do what’s best for the team then he was the wrong guy to acquire. Dude has never won anything so you’d like to think he’d sacrifice for the greater good.

    Beal is that perfect player to bring off the bench because he’s technically a combo guard that can do a little bit of everything and get hot offensively when Book sits. The problem is money and ego which is probably a more significant factor than what’s best for the team.

    Everyone is tradable except Beal who has a NTC. Even then I don’t even think the Nets would trade Ben Simmons’ expiring for that contract.

    2024 1st round pick #4 is Marvin Harrison Jr

    MHJ was BPA at a position of need. The only other position I’d take the MHJ-caliber prospect at would be an edge rusher but there wasn’t an elite edge or corner there and the trade down options were a hoax ultimately. I think the Chargers for sure take him at #5 over a RT if he’s still there...
