Nobody’s knows but it’s fun to speculate. (Phoenix Suns Rumors). 2026

A lot of guys here argue they were not ready to start. I get that. They could have come off the bench as second unit guys. Or the third guys off the bench to fill minutes. Not saying they had to start, but they certainly could have played more minutes. I do like how our rookies said they valued...

    The Oso Ighodaro Thread.

Arguably even with an average jumper, let's say, defensively he is solid, but he doesn't scare any opposing teams scorers at all. He would still probably be a back up center just based on size and defense.

    The Oso Ighodaro Thread.

There's quite a few bigs without jump shots. Oso is on the severe end of it. But I don't want a guy taking jumpers just to keep a defense "honest" if he sucks at it. Oso is playing within his capabilities. Sometimes that is way better then guys that "think" they can shoot.

Still, when you are developing rookies, you can work them in 5 or ten minutes here and there. You can only learn so much in life by just observing anything. You need to try to do things if you want to learn.

He actually has some of his best stats early in his career. The Most games he ever played in a season was his rookie season, until just last year. His problem was he thought he was great to begin with. You never have to improve your game if you are already great, or it seems like that was his...

Maluach and Fleming need to play more. Why draft size, then leave them on the bench. They are rookies and will make mistakes. You know who else makes mistakes? Every guy on the team! I don't buy you crush their confidence. Will they be behind in strength and reacting to the speed of the game...

The 2025-26 NBA draft prospect watch thread.

He was down there for a bit. I think it's interesting they are looking far enough ahead to think of the importance of a PG or distributer to develop players for the Suns from the G League. They may not use a pick. They could sign an undrafted guy they work out.

You may be right. It wasn't too long ago they pronounced the NBA big man as a dead position. Now with guys like Wemby, it's back. So who knows, we may see dime dishing PGs running things again in time.

The 2025-26 NBA draft prospect watch thread.

Listened to a podcast where supposedly sources inside the Suns said they were looking at so many PGs because in the G League they don't have anyone that can facilitate and help develop the bigs and shooters they send there. Supposedly, they aren't wanting a PG for Booker per se. Of course they...

I have a great vegan posole recipe. My family likes it a lot. I just don't think you can make a vegan Menudo.

    2026 NBA Playoffs Thread

So last season I read a lot of articles that said some teams have bought second round picks for cash. We didn't do it. I have been skeptical of this, so I googled it: " Yes, NBA teams frequently buy or trade for second-round draft picks using cash considerations. Some specific examples of teams...

What's weird is there are a lot of stats showing that they really didn't play that many minutes together. Seems like someone was always missing for injury or injury minutes management.

I also don't know if it was just his size, but he kept guys going across the paint from taking shots. They tended to make the pass out rather than stopping and trying to shoot over him like the shorter guys. It's hard to quantify the amount of times that happened, but you could see guys not...

Nobody’s knows but it’s fun to speculate. (Phoenix Suns Rumors). 2026

Hard to play it at the end of the year when it's small ball. We played a bunch of teams down the stretch that would play to get the switch on Gillespie and then try and take advantage of his lack of size on offense. Also, When you switch a bunch of guys shorter than 6'5", it really doesn't slow...

I think they also just lost focus from being tired and injured. Both Booker and Gillespie definitely had some physical things going on. All the coaches we have had lately will just run the legs off the guys during the season. They need to trust their lineups more and play more guys and spread...

We could have played bigger if we just played the rookies more. So running it back with everyone could be better if we just added the size we do have to the line up.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian & Grogu

I like a good time travel movie that makes sense. Like Somewhere In Time. There's even Sci Fi movies that are great at it. But the MCU Universe, and series like the Flash on the CDW, use it as a clutch. A main character dies, oops, juts bring them back from Earth 57. Sucks.

Suns draft Khaman Maluach with the 10th pick

It's too bad guys in Wilt's era and earlier aren't counted. That list would be very different. The NBA did not officially track blocked shots until the 1973–74 season. However, based on surviving game films and meticulous unofficial tracking by period scorekeepers like Harvey Pollack, the top...
