    We're definitely going to have to bring the heat and get to Tua early and often Sunday. Having to go deep in the secondary depth chart is worrisome. Start planting the seed of doubt early.

    I think you stick it out the last year of the contract. There's really nothing to lose at that point. After next year he's 32 and at that point you see if he's declined and if not hopefully re-sign him for another 2-3 years, otherwise use one of the draft picks on his successor.

    Hopefully they open up the playbook for Tua, they didn't show much against the Rams. Probably a lot of college tape was used this week to scout him.

    If they lay an egg against Miami like they did against Detroit and Carolina, I really don't think so. Consistency is key. Beating Seattle won't matter if the record is 6-10 or 7-9 in January.

    The Titans secondary is horrible and they have one of the worst third down defenses in the history of the NFL. This signing really doesn't make any sense unless Keim decided to throw on Bengals tape from ten years ago.

    That defense gives up a decent amount of yards as well. Both passing and rushing. If we don’t turn the ball over which teams can’t seem to not do against them it will be a good day.

    Exactly, New York isn't giving New England the shot at another 15 year+ quarterback, they'll take the top receiver or pass rusher and call it a day.

    That's a fair point, a team can get hot and go the distance. Injuries, etc can compromise the record early on and then there's not enough time to catch up if healthy.

    This is just for this season I hope. We already have enough bad teams making the playoffs as is. 8 per conference and we're turning into the NBA where the 7th and 8th seeds get obliterated every year.

    I don’t think Kyler’s there yet where he can identify defensive coverages on the fly like that. Baby steps, he’ll get there.

    I actually think it was good they aired that just so the record is set straight that there was no bad blood. Nothing personal, just a competitor. You know there are people in the media that can’t wait to run with the “dysfunctional” headline after the next loss whenever that may be.

    Some of these results are pretty crazy. Definitely didn’t see Minnesota and Cincinnati laying the smack down on Tennessee and Green Bay.

    I agree with the above posts, Drake for sure. I think Chase Edmonds is really underrated and I feel as though running back is the easiest position to replace, especially when you have a line with as high of a run-block win rate grade as ours.

    Bills and Patriots for sure. I don’t think the Bills are any good at all this year, they’re benefiting from a really bad division and New England are really beat down right now to the point where they’re playing third and fourth stringers due to injuries and opts out. Cam Newton’s washed up too.

    This would be horrible. We're not a JJ Watt away from contending for a Superbowl. You only make a short-sighted move like this if you're a team like Tampa/Tennessee/New Orleans etc. that need to hit that level of Kansas City/Baltimore and Pittsburgh.

    I don’t think so. It’s how you finish, not how you start. There’s still a lot of games left to be played, including going up to Seattle in a few weeks. We’ll see where we’re at at the end of the season to determine if we’ve “arrived” or not.
