    Question for the Board

I'll be moving back to Scottsdale, anticpating my arrival on July 22, 2012. The last 10 years in NC have had there moments but I have decided it is time to get back to my roots. I am under consideration for two positions that I am very qualified for and preliminary telephone screens are...

Thank you Skkorp......we all hope that you are at peace.

    Per Urban

Heading into camp, we have $4.55 MM in cap space....this will obviously change as we set our 53 man roster including practice squad players and anyone on IR/PUP. There are 13 teams with less cap space than us.

One of the things the Cardinals do well

If this is a pass happy game...which it is, we have a track record of drafting good WR's. I believe that Doucet and Roberts will star this year. We will lose one of them next year, assuming that this true. Floyd will surprise alot of people in his rookie season, even though he likely will be...

Enjoy Ray Horton's encore in Arizona. It might be his last.

I think we have Horton for this year and next.....then all bets are off....the Rooney rule may come up to haunt us, but otherwise, he is still a tad "unproven" as a possible HC. A bigger question.....is there someone on his staff that can keep his philosophy going, in the event that he gets...

    Roster Battles & Pre-Season Young'ns Lineups

Mitch, I think that having 9 OL isn't necessary. Now I know that injuries can happen but in Brown; Colledge; Sendlein and Snyder they have proven to be healthy over their entire careers. As you noted, I have stacked the PS with O-Linemen, not necessarily to cover off on this but more for...

    Roster Battles & Pre-Season Young'ns Lineups

Mitch, It's tough to do a projection at this point in time as there are so many possible variables, most notably, injuries. Of course you know that as well. I'm also totally unfamiliar with players such as: Brandon Williams; Antonio Coleman; McGraw; Nash and others.....which is why I like...

    Roster Battles & Pre-Season Young'ns Lineups

Mitch, Some thoughts. I agree with your "locks" but offer the following comments: They can't risk sending Kelemete to the waiver wire. Potter might be able to be "hidden" on th PS. Is Sturdivant that "bad"? He gets no ink from anyone. I think Haggans will get cut. You mention...

I'm sure he meant Quentin Groves.

Pre-Camp: YOUR Picks for the Cardinals' Starters, 53 Man Roster and PS

I agree with you re: D.J. Young.....could suprise and maybe push Baptiste.

Pre-Camp: YOUR Picks for the Cardinals' Starters, 53 Man Roster and PS

I don't see us keeping 10 OL on the 53 man roster. I also think Kelemete is back up for Colledge, not Snyder. DeChistopher is a G not a T, I believe.

Where I see the biggest training camp battles

QB Lindley versus Bartell. I think that Bartell will get the nod because I really don't think that Lindley will get picked off our PS and Bartell has more experience within our system. OL Bridges versus Massie. Bridges will, IMHO, get the nod cuz, Whiz is reticent to start rookies...

    Ryan Williams

I meant that he won't get any carry's until week five.....at least. We had better hope that Edge's nephew has a surprise camp and that Smith has a breakout year cuz LHS is not an all purpose answer. If Beanie can play healthy, we might be ok.....but this a big if.

    Ryan Williams

In my heart of hearts, I don't expect Williams to start until week five......and I agree, we'd be lucky to see him make a real contribution.

    Cards re-sign Haggans.

Although not unexpected, this is a good move for both parties.

Karlos Dansby thinks the Dolphins are going to the SuperBowl

Kurt left football because he was "beat up". He did the right thing for himself and his family. I do not hold anything against him for his desicion.

    RB s status

Both, and add A. Smith and LSH. I doubt we see Beanie or Williams until the second to last pre-season game, at best.

Justin Blackmon arrested for aggravated DUI

He was arrested on Sunday morning in OKLA for aggraveted DUI (blood alcohol content over .15). This is his second arrest as he was busted during his college days. Hopefully Fitz can keep Floyd on the straight and narrow.

Cardinals cut CB Korey Lindsey, sign UDFA WR Gino Crump, who played at the UofA

Korey Lindsey has been signed by the Colts.

    Beanie rehab

My guess is that we will see alot of A. Smith, W. Powell and J. James at RB during OTA's.

    Fleming Video

K9, I agree with you regarding Bradley.....personally I think he'll have his "Arizona breakout" this season...two seasons removed from his ACL and way more familiar with the "Horton scheme". As for AJ....I could live with him or without him....although I would give him one more year just...

    Fleming Video

Not sure that AJ is #8 on the depth chart. He's better than Korey Lindsey. I know that Money Mike is a fan favorite, but his real value today is purely on ST's.....and I think that Flemming takes over his role here. Adams is "on the edge of the bubble".

Sept 9th will tell us so much about the whole season

If you think that Kolb would yield a second round pick in 2013, you are "pissing in the wind". He either makes it in AZ or he's destined to be a journey man...or out of football!

How much impact will the rookies have THIS year?

Massie...a starter...in year one...perhaps at one point, but not immediately. If he can become last years David Carter, we might have a possible "steal". Floyd...he'll be a starter from the get go...and he was our our "steal"...a position of need and the BPA. I agree...the rest are a...
