For Those Losing Their Minds Over the Love Pick...

Defense is a disaster and no QB. Thats why the Love pick makes no sense. Dude could be Walter Payton on day 1 and wouldn’t matter.

For Those Losing Their Minds Over the Love Pick...

This makes total sense. We’ll be just like the CMC Panthers - one player (Love) surrounded by scrubs losing every year before trading him to a competent franchise for fifty cents on the dollar where he’ll elevate his game. Thats probably why Lynch was smirking.

Jacoby Brissett wants extension that pays as a starter

Excited for Bidwill State Media to gaslight us into 3rd round pick Cade Klubnik as QB1 when Monti botches the draft again

    RIP: Dave McGinnis (1951-2026)

Definitely not a good coach. Definitely also got saddled with one atrocious roster after another.

    RIP: Dave McGinnis (1951-2026)

Went around and knocked on doors for heaven’s sake so that the loser Bidwill family could get their stadium. The least they can do is put Mac’s name on that building somewhere.

The Final Straw: Please Fire Ossenfort Now.

I kinda don’t blame Monti. 48yo and nobody else wanted him to be GM. So might as well do the dumb dance and kiss up the owner by doing what he wants. Extend seven-figure earning window by 4-5 years to ~10 years and guarantee you and the kids live comfortably forever. The math works on that...

Can we at least be interesting?

Almost guaranteed we start some Tune/Lindley/Slovis practice squad type for a couple games this year.

Can we at least be interesting?

This is the Cardinals. It’s highly likely Kyler will have a big next year because that’s what happens to this franchise.

The Final Straw: Please Fire Ossenfort Now.

I think you need to come to grips with the reality that Monti and LaFleur are a package deal and probably get fired together. So think 4-5 years out.

The Final Straw: Please Fire Ossenfort Now.

This is unheard of in basically any sport. Nobody gets a second cycle if the first is a total trainwreck. This is especially the case in the NFL which more than any sport is built for parity and quick turnarounds. But Monti knows the rules to this particular game. The whole league does...

Can we at least be interesting?

This team will be completely awful

The Final Straw: Please Fire Ossenfort Now.

The thing is by Mikey allowing him to tank again it’s clear we have another full cycle left with Ossenfort. I kinda expected it, Bidwill hates firing GM’s but man this dude is worse than Graves or Keim.

Somehow worse than a dumb arrogant drunk.

    OT: Free agency. 2026

And somehow the Chiefs have Mahomes and somehow can sign an elite RB in his prime. I was told it’s impossible to do these things!

    OT: Free agency. 2026

Will need to bring back the “build the belly of the team” propaganda like Rod Graves used every year!

    Who’s our next qb?

    Oh boy

    Who’s our next qb?

Maybe we can sign Kyler Murray?

Official Kyler Murray career thread.... (post Cardinals/Vikes)

Well…there’s also a long history in this league of successful franchises turning the chicken sh-t of organizations like the Cardinals into chicken salad. So I understand why teams would theoretically somewhat ignore what he did here. My theory is that a competent organization signs him, their...

Official Kyler Murray career thread.... (post Cardinals/Vikes)

He’s a very average QB since he lost the deep ball yes. He was definitely above average when he had that zip. Not clutch but still top 10-12 in the league his first ~4 years. The running ability you always conveniently leave out of all your arguments. Must be said that the AZ Cardinals...

Official Kyler Murray career thread.... (post Cardinals/Vikes)

Odds are about 60-65% of that being the case. Remember that with the Bidwills the Costanza opposite rule applies: the opposite of their instincts is likely the correct one which may include dumping Kyler on the scrap heap. It was obviously time for all parties to move on that being said.

Official Kyler Murray career thread.... (post Cardinals/Vikes)

I’ll also add on the CP/Kyler thing that Palmer was here during the pre McVay/Shanahan days when half our division was a dumpster fire. Kyler got the usual Seattle and two generational coaches in the West (with Kliff and Gannon). Only 3 dudes ever have had the ability and mental fortitude to...

Official Kyler Murray career thread.... (post Cardinals/Vikes)

Dude that Carolina game was worse than any game I’ve ever seen Kyler play. Arguably any Cardinal QB. GB game Palmer was entirely average and got bailed out by Fitz, defense (save two plays) and a helmet deflection. Palmer had 8 turnovers in the 2015 playoffs for heavens sake.
