    Why do most people rate McVay as a QB guru? He's had 2 QBs in his coaching career and both were #1 overall picks in the draft. His offenses have been pretty damn good but he's also had a premium QB. Let's see if he can win with a Drew Stanton or Blaine Gabbert like Arians did.
